Default Essential Business Server Messaging reinstall

My messaging server died on my EBS installation and I had to rebuild
it. The install runs and gets to the place it tries to create an Edge
Subscription and fails. It says it can't contact the Edge server but,
I don't see any rejection messages on the Edge (Security Server). I
have uninstalled the Edge role and reinstalled it to no avail. I can
create a new Edge subscription manually and run Test-EdgeSubscription
and everything is successful. When I press retry on the setup it
deletes that subscription and then says it can't create one. I
obviously have to let it create it so the setup and continue/finish.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

J

I would HIGHLY recommend you call Microsoft. I've worked with EBS and
only had to rebuild management and security servers. The process for
each was messed up in the bits on the CD.

Refer to my notes for details:

Hope this helps,
